| Programmer
: Programmers
are very important in doing much of the code for the game
to add those special features that are not orriginally in
the game. Also doing things outside of the engine like the
chat/server listing program. There are a number of jobs
for the programmer and good programmers are always needed. |
| Level
Designer : The levels will
be the first thing the AO Community will recognize and so
the old maps as well as some new ones must be made and the
more level designers the better. We want a variety of maps
with different goals and objectives but mostly fun, interactive,
objective based maps. With how many small maps come with
AvP2 larger maps will be what we focus on for more exploration
and more suspense. Multi-Player maps as well as Single-Player
maps are needed. |
| Animator
: Working
with the Lithtech Engine on making cut scenes for SP and
possible MP scenes as well. Just like in AvP2 the purpose
of cut scenes is to give more of a movie feel. |
| Texture
Artist : Artists
can be used on many different projects in the mod, mostly
designing texture for the levels and characters/weapons.
Need an eye for detail. |
| Modeler
: You
are needed to make new models like weapons and new characters,
also other objects like eggs for certain capture missions. |
| Skinner
: With
every new model we need skinners to add the texture from
the artists or even your own artwork on the models. |
| Sound
Engineer : Having
our own sounds added into the mod will be something we need.
Getting some similar sounds that AO had as well as more
movie related sounds. |
| Tech
Support : If
someone is having problems with the mod then you need to
help them fix that problem. Answering questions and writing
up articles on common problems. |
